Select an object and click the Arrange | Rotate | Free Rotate command or right-click on the object and choose Free Rotate to rotate objects in the view window with the mouse. After clicking the command, the pointer changes to a to indicate that the program is in rotate mode. To rotate an object, click on the screen, press and hold the left mouse button, and drag the mouse. As the object is rotated, the degrees of rotation are indicated in the status bar and the object's outline is displayed in the rotated view with a dashed line. To fix the position of the rotated object, release the mouse button.
To exit the free rotate tool either press the ESC key or click any button in the toolbars.
